Cancellation Policy

For clients of Alchimia Digital LLC who are under an ongoing service agreement, the following cancellation policy applies. This policy is designed to provide clarity and fairness to both parties, considering the ongoing nature of digital marketing services.

Initial Contract Period:

  • Duration: Our services typically begin with an initial contract period of three months, during which cancellation is not permitted as both parties have committed to a set timeline and scope of work.

Month-to-Month Services:

  • Cancellation Notice: After the completion of the initial contract period, services are billed on a month-to-month basis. Clients wishing to discontinue services must provide a written cancellation notice at least 14 days prior to the next billing cycle.
  • Process: To cancel your services, please submit your notice in writing via email to support@alchimiadigital.com. Your cancellation will be processed based on the date the notice is received, and confirmation will be sent to you.
  • Effect of Cancellation: Upon cancellation, all services will be terminated after the conclusion of the last paid month, and no further billing will occur.
